Prima 3, Prima Avenue, Cyberjaya
Prima 3, Prima Avenue, Cyberjaya is a commercial area located in Cyberjaya. It is home to many F&B outlets including McDonald’s, myBurgerLab, Padi House and Oldtown.
In 2024, NAK NAK opened their first outlet in Cyberjaya. The location is formerly operated by Tokio Cafe, which has closed. NAK NAK also operates a drive-thru there, making it the third restaurant with drive-thru at Prima 3, Prima Avenue.

Container Ave is a smaller area within Prima 3 itself. It hosts mainly F&B outlets, especially the smaller ones. myBurgerLab used to operate here but after some time

History of myBurgerLab Cyberjaya
While the first branch of myBurgerLab started its operations on 10 July 2012, the Cyberjaya branch started its operations in 2015.
In 2024, the branch at Container Avenue, Prima 3, Prima Avenue Cyberjaya had its last day of operation on 8 January. Roughly about three weeks later, it reopened at a nearby location, also at Prima Avenue.
New myBurgerLab Prima Avenue, Cyberjaya – Since 2024
The burger joint now is more equipped than ever, making it on par with other branches such as MYTOWN, which also provides cozy environment and bottomless soda. Previously, soda was served only in cans, which may have affected customer experience who expected otherwise when they visited that branch.

Canton Boy Restaurant, DPULZE Shopping Centre, Cyberjaya is a Chinese-themed restaurant located in DPULZE Shopping Centre, Cyberjaya. It is one of the Halal Chinese Cuisine restaurants in Cyberjaya.
According to their official Facebook page, they specialises in Halal Dim Sum, Chicken Rice & Dishes.
The Food
Our favourite at the restaurant includes Chee Cheong Fun and Chicken Feet.
The Dim Sum, at that price, is nicely done and has decent taste.
Ambience
Ambience is among the best in Cyberjaya. Suitable for relaxed dining while being family friendly at the same time.
Tumez Cyberjaya
Tumez is a restaurant located in RekaScape, Persiaran APEC, Cyberjaya. Other than this location, the restaurant also operates at a number of other locations. Check out their Facebook page here.
The restaurant focuses much on Asian cuisines. Local delicacies such as Ayam Penyet and Ayam Gepuk are the highlights of the menu. Recently, they came up with a new menu, Gulai Patin Tempoyak.
While the restaurant’s location is aimed primarily at RekaScape visitors, it remains accessible to general public. Hence, for those who would like to have something different for their meal, they can have it there.
We went to Tumez to have dinner at around 8:00 PM in March 2022. The meals are served hot.
Set Ayam Gepuk, Tumez Cyberjaya, March 2022 The cashier told us that their Ayam Gepuk’s sambal is more spicy than Ayam Penyet. Curious, we tried the Ayam Gepuk. We found out that while the sambal is sufficiently spicy, it is a bit on the salty side.
For “Sambal Trio” menu, we were served with three kinds of sambal in small disposable containers (no picture here).
Set Ayam Tilapia Sambal Trio, Tumez Cyberjaya, March 2022 We are wondering why the management of the restaurant chooses to serve the condiments in disposable containers. If you buy those in bulk, it is still a significant chunk of the overall meal cost.
As the shop takes only ewallet payments (no card payment is available), perhaps cost is a concern for them. Then, our advice is to serve the condiments directly on the plate. Besides, there is a lot of space left in the plate after putting in the rice.
If you are looking for something different, try Taco Bell Cyberjaya.
Dave’s Deli, IOI City Mall Putrajaya
Dave’s Deli is a fusion-themed restaurant located at the level LG of IOI City Mall Putrajaya. It is a Malaysian restaurant chain, famous for their signature 1/4 roasted chicken. It is a family-friendly establishment.
The restaurant is located at Level LG, next to Homepro, a popular home furnishing store at the mall.
Dave’s Deli is popular for its roasted chicken and the restaurant has been around for several decades already.
Dave’s Deli, IOI City Mall Putrajaya – January 2022 – Plain Water One good thing about them is they still serve plain water. Some others choose to omit plain water altogether and offer bottled water instead. While bottled water can give additional assurance to the customers on its hygiene, most diners are fine with plain water. More environment-friendly and wallet-friendly.
Dave’s Deli, IOI City Mall Putrajaya – January 2022 – Salted Egg Chicken Chop This time, we tried their salted egg chicken chop. The salted egg was quite generous, but salted egg lovers would put this on par with other restaurants.
While this one taste decent, those into salted egg cuisines might want to consider other establishments such as Jibril for more flavors.
Located at LG level, the restaurant is certainly an attractive choice of place to dine especially if you visit Homepro or Parkson stores.

Abang Adek: Go to Abang Adek restaurant at Shaftsbury Square if you feel like having your Nasi Lemak fix in a proper restaurant setting.
