It is located near to Taman Tasik Cyberjaya (Cyberjaya Lake Gardens), Multimedia University (MMU), SMK Cyberjaya and Masjid Raja Haji Fisabilillah. It is accessible via Persiaran Bestari and Persiaran Semarak Api. HCK Group is the developer of this project.

New KFC in Cyberjaya
New KFC will be opened. Currently, Cyberjaya has only one KFC restaurant which is located at Persiaran APEC. When this new KFC opens, it will be the first one in Cyberjaya to be equipped with Drive Thru. Currently, Cyberjaya residents can go to Dengkil to order their KFC via Drive Thru.
Other than KFC, McDonald’s are also listed as another Drive-Thru service provider in Edusphere’s promotional video.
